We'd love to best assist with this error, could you please advise if you're signed up as a new customer and if you've ever had an account with us in the past?
Also, are you using an email that might have been linked with another account in the past?
Have you tried to register from a browser on this page here and have you also tried this from our MyVM App with the same result?
Lastly, would it be possible to try creating an account using a different email to subscribe and see if this works?
