Unable to register account

  • My virgin media was installed in June last year. I have tried many times to register and get the same result every time - unable to register at this time. Months ago I spent an hour or so on the phone to an advisor only to get the same result.  She said she would put me through to someone else but in the end I got fed up of waiting and hung up.  I am totally fed up with it. Can anyone help

I'm sorry to hear you've been having a lot of trouble trying to register your My Virgin Media account, and weren't able to get much help with this when you called us.

Hi @Bob1751,

 

This issue should now be resolved for you - your details hadn't been added to a specific database properly and so your information wasn't recognised when you tried to sign up online.

 

Can you please try registering your account again and let me know if there are any further issues?
