Unable to register a Virgin Media account due to no password being accepted?

Evening, 

I'm attempting to create and log into my Virgin Media account after being a customer for some time, as im lookign to upgrade by account and view past bills etc.

Unfortunately when trying to do so, all i'm being greeted with on the final page when creating a password is that the password is not strong enough, try again. I've read a few threads on the forum and tried all the methods of different browsers, incognito etc and none of these work. 

If anyone is able to assist, that would be greatly appreciated, thankyou.

We apologise for the issues you are experiencing when attempting to register for an online account. 

If you haven't already, can you please try clearing the browser cache and cookies before attempting to register again to see if this helps?
