Unable to log into my virgin media account

I have been unable to log in to my account for some time. Keeps saying that my password is wrong and I’ve reset it several times to not accept the new password either. I can see that this has been ongoing for users for some time. I need to log in so please can you advise how I do this. I spent 3 hours on the phone on Friday over a separate issue so really don’t want to do that! This is the only other route I can see to so get advice

Sorry to hear you've had issues signing in to your online account, it's odd it won't accept the password after it's been reset.

 

I'd like to see what we can do to help, but will need to complete a security check to do so - please get back to me via PM and we'll be able to get this sorted.
