Unable to log into app

When trying to log into the Virgin Media app, it keeps saying inly authorised users allowed to log in. I am the ONLY user of the app, how can I log in

When you log into the VM account online does it show your email as the primary email address?

i have the same problem on all virgin apps

Thanks for your post and apologies to hear you're having an issue getting signed in to one of our apps. 

Can you please clarify which app it is that you're having the issue accessing? 

Are you able to successfully sign in to My VM directly online or do you have an issue doing this too?

I have been unable to sign into the Virgin Media app. I keep getting a message to say only the primary account can sign in. I am the primary and only account holder. Does anyone know how to rectify this?

Hi @Boblaar,

Welcome to our Community Forums! Thank you for your first post, and I'm sorry to hear that you're experiencing some issues logging into your Virgin Media App. I understand how frustrating this can be. 

Can you try deleting the app and then re-installing it to see if this can resolve your issue?
