I have a virgin media broadband TV service that works fine. However I cannot create an virgin media account online to access my account.
When setting up the account whatever password I entered is returned with "You can't use that password. Please choose another"
I am using a Hotmail email address (that I used to set up the package with), this email was used for a previous virgin account that was cancelled a year ago.
