Unable to change my mobile number on my account

Hi, 

I keep getting an error when I try to amend my mobile number in my profile in My Account, on Virgin media app.

Sorry to hear that you're struggling to change your mobile number online. Can you please confirm what error message you are receiving?

Have you also tried clearing your cache and cookies on your browser and trying again?

Yes I have just cleared all cookies but it still won’t let me save my new number. The error is:

Sorry the changes you made were not saved. Please try again.

 

I tried changing the format of the number to be with or without spaces or with or without 0 at front but then I got an error that said not a valid 11 digit number.
