Unable to access my Virgin Media account

Like many (apparently) I have registered my account, set-up User Name and Password correctly but not getting connected online... how can I fix?

I am sorry to hear that there is an issue. Can you confirm if this happens with multiple browsers? 

Do you have a screenshot of the error which you are getting?

Hi Chris,

Mostly I just get the VM logo 'racetrack' as if it is buffering (on laptop). On the mobile App just get a message saying "We're setting things up - check back here once your services have been installed.

It feels as if all is good on my side, but not 'switched on' on VM's side.
