This is obviously a know issue as there is a few threads on this issue, please could someone from virgin contact me to resolve this issue.

Sorry to see you had this error when trying to register online.
Can you please advise us if your services with Virgin are currently active?
If so then please, kindly try the following:
1. clear cache and cookies
2. try a different browser
3. try a different device
4. try the MyVM app
If all the above fail, please get back to us here, so we can see into this further and offer more technical solutions where needed.
