Two months two different amounts

Hi there,I received an email saying my contract was ending in September and offering me 20% off to stay with Virgin 26 pound a mouth . The email said it was the ‘same great package, even better price’.We renewed by clicking the link in the email only to discover we have now been charged two different amounts and I’ve lost all the channels what’s going on need to speak to a human
