I need help to cancel an order. Please help.

I'm not a Very Insightful Person (just a little bit, sometimes). I don't work for Virgin Media (but then nor do any of the offshore customer service agents).

Thanks for the number but i was hoping i could cancel online instead. Do you know if that's possible?

is this cancellation request related to your post from 19th November < here>  where you stated that you don't have cable? If so try sending the DM again and if/when you get the invalid HTML was found in the message body again just wait a few seconds and then click on send and your message should go through
