Since the start of the football season I have been experiencing intermittent problems with the sound and pictures on channel 503. Tonight it is bad enough that I decided to use the app to run a test but I don't know what the results of the test are as it only shows a blank Web page when it is finished. So please can one of the staff get the engineer to check both the app and the channel. I don't know if it is affecting any other channels, I don't care about the other channels as right now I am only interested in watching the football

I am so sorry that you are experiencing issues with the service and thank you again for your post.

I know you have mentioned that you are not sure if this is happening on other channels but are you able to check for us, as if it is it would point to an issue with the box or set up rather than the one channel?
