Still not received my confirmation email

I have been a customer for over two months now but I have still yet to receive my confirmation email so I can log in to the app and website.

Can someone please help me as I have called four separate times about this?!?

Any help would be most appreciated, thank you.

Hello andijacksonetr, 

Sorry to hear this has happened. 

Are you referring to the welcome pack we send out, or is this during the process when you set up your account?

I have never received a n email confirmation email so I can sign into the app.

never received one at all.
