I have spoken to many people about my account being activated but my virgin app is showing no status? I'm all very confused and getting rather annoyed as my services are all working. Anyone else had this problem. ?

Thank you for making your first post regarding the status issue with your Virgin app. Please can you clarify for me which Virgin app you are refering to? Is it My Virgin Media / TVGo / Connect App?
Can you post a screenshot for me of what is showing on the screen when it says 'no status?'
