Sorry to see you go

Im a returning customer to virgin media broadband but when I try to log on to the app it won’t let me. I get a ‘we’re sorry to see you go, we have closed your account’ message. What do I do?

Thank you for your post. I'm sorry to hear about the issue with accessing your online account. 

To confirm, are you trying to sign in using the previous details you used on your old account?

Or have you have registered a new online account?
