I have newly joined the VM broadband service and tried to register for a VM account. However, when I was setting up my account, I mistakenly keyed in a wrong email address (.con instead of .com) which I can never receive any email confirmation.
I tried calling the customer service twice to resolve but no luck. Is there a way to cancel my registration to let me re-register?
