Service status

Within the "My virgin media app" can be found "service status".

In the phone section

If you click on test(even though virgin media say no issues), the test starts 1% climbing to 10% ,then states everything okay

Surely this test should run to 100% before making a judgement!!!!!

Hi aph60, thanks for contacting us and we are sorry to hear that there may be an issues with the landline. We have done a check on the landline and it looks like there may be a fault, can you confirm if this is still the case? Chris
