I had an old Virgin Media account which was deactivated. I’m trying to sign into my new broadband account which has the same email as my previous broadband account but it keeps signing in to the old one.
How do I sort this?

Either use a different email address to sign up to your new account or wait for the VM Forum Team to reach this thread. They may be able to move your old details to the new account.

Hi judehaj, thanks for posting and welcome to our community.
As you've already suggested, it does sound like your preferred email address is still linked to a former account. As the fantastic Graham_A has advised, the 2 ways of solving this are to set a new email address as your username, or to establish if it's possible to transfer your email address to your existing account. I would like to find out if the 2nd option is possible for you. I am going to send you a private message. Please look out for the purple envelope in the top right of your screen.
