I need to return my Virgin Media equipment, however, my phone number recently changed. I therefore can't get any pickup texts. An error message flashed when I tried to change my number on the website. I switched back my sim, but I haven't received any pickup texts on my old number. Please assist me with the return.

Just guessing by your user name that you are based in Ireland.

If you are in the UK then a member of the forum team may be able to update your contact details in a few days (they don't have access to https://www.virginmedia.ie/ systems)
