Returning customer new AC No

Hi,

 

I am a returning customer with a new account number. Does anyone know how I can update this information in my virgin media or the app? Cant seem to find where to do this?

 

any help would be great

You can't do it yourself.

If however you're wanting to reuse your existing My Virgin Media username and password with your new account, that's something that Virgin Media will need to do to move the login details so that they are attached to your new account instead of your old one.
