Thank you for reaching out to us in our community and welcome back both here and to Virgin Media, sorry to hear you haven't been able to log into your online account since returning to us, when you start a new account the account number changes, you aren't able to set up a new online account with the same email used previously, what you need to do is use a different email and the new account number, once set up you can change the username back to the preferred email.
