I’ve tried many different methods to solve this but none works so far.
My new virgin media account / email given when purchasing was created with the SAME email as my OLD virgin media account, so when I’m trying to sign into my NEW virgin media account, it logs into my OLD virgin media account which says disconnected/deactivated. Which is useless because I can’t access my new account at all even though my new kit is up and running.
