Hello there.
I wanted to ask if the 'Contract summary sheet number' was the same as my account number. As I am yet to receive my first bill and I haven't received a welcome email with my account number. Because of this I'm unable to setup a My Virgin Media account so I'm unable to access to app to change my settings.
