Registration issues.

I'm returning to Virgin Media after 6 years with Sky, and for the life in me connot get registered on the app or through the website site. The point where it fails is at the password stage, no amount of variation will work although criteria has been green ticked.

Any help would be appreciated.

I reviewed the app a couple of days ago, have just received a message directing me to virg.in/contactvm from ^Emma, this I did but the link that directs you to the account/app issue just give you a purple infinite loop/part of the virgin media logo.

The rest sents you to login, not helpful at all.

Anybody found any help for this situation?
