Registration issues - not receiving verification for registered email

Good Morning,

I am trying to register in virgin media, but I am not receiving the verification email, could anyone help please?

Hi frutos_subos,

Thank you for reaching out to us in our community and welcome both here and to Virgin Media, sorry to see you have been unable to set up an Online Account due to not getting the verification Email, this can happen if you have inputted your details in wrong, this is something I can help with, I will send you an invite into a private chat, once received please click on the white envelope to accept.

Thanks for your reply, however I haven't received any invite for the private chat, how am I supposes to receive it? through my email, or here in the envelope on top of the page?

I have let @Paul_DN  know that the private message invitation has not been successful and to attempt this again for you tomorrow when they are back on shift.
