Registration for the app

I am having trouble trying sign up to the app, it’s not letting me get past the part where it just asks what email I used to sign up to virgin, then saying there was a problem.

Thank you for reaching out to us in our community and welcome both here and to Virgin Media, sorry to hear you have been unable to set up our Aps due to getting a we have a problem error.

When were your services installed, which Apps are you trying to install, when was the last time you tried?

Hi it’s the ‘my virgin media’ app. I haven’t tried to register for at least 4 days now.

my services were installed roughly 3 months ago.
