Registering

Hi ive not been able to register on the app for a while now every time i get to the last step it keeps saying sorry cant do it at this time please try again later how do i do this

Can I ask if this is for your Media or Mobile side of your services?

Hi Pippaokeeffe,

 

Thank you for the update and welcome to our community, have you set up an online account and been able to log in to that, our app logins are the same as the one you set up your online account up with.

 

Is this for your first account, if you previously had an account and used the same email address I would advise using a different email address and try again.
