Registering to online

I’ve recently had my account changed over into my name, giving me a new account number but when I try and re-register as I was told on a call into Virgin on Friday it’s telling me there’s an issue. However it’s recognised the fact I opted out of parental controls and switched to paperless billing as I received two emails confirming this. Also, when they initially changed my account over, they told me I could keep all the same details and it’s be ported over. I’m getting conflicting information l, depending on who I speak to and I still can’t access my account! Any help would be greatly appreciated

By the way, I should point out I’ve been a customer for a number of years, the account was just initially in my fathers name x

Hi there Martin_N,

This is for the media account I guess? I don’t have Virgin mobile, I have Virgin broadband so it’s to log into my account online and via the app

Yes. The account was in my fathers name but it was always my account. My online account and I paid for it. My father just opened it up for me when I moved here

Have you attempted to sign in using the same details as previously used?

Yeah, it all still works but it’s telling me I’m not with Virgin Media anymore and that I have 90 days to grab any information I might want from my account

Right I see. That sounds like it's an email address you're trying to sign into there not the online account. MH

I’m trying to sign in to ‘my virgin media’ the same way I always have? I don’t have email?
