Registering loss of broadband

How can I register a loss of broadband - it says on the app and in the help section I can do it online but I can't find where.

Please advise. We've been without broadband all day and it doesn't seem like it will be resolved quickly.

thanks @carl_pearce - this wasn't coming up in the VM app so I was at a bit of a loss.

Hi Rahooligan, thanks for the message and sorry to hear that you are finding it hard to register the loss. 

Can you confirm how the service is fairing at the moment and if things have now been resolved. 

Is this an intermittent issue or full loss of service?
