Registered with wrong email address

I was trying to register My Virgin Media account. Unfortunately, I have put an email account which was not the one I used for applying for the service.

Therefore, I cannot get the verification email. I am just wondering if there is any chance to reset my account so that I can input my correct email account.

Hi I switched to virgin mobile tried to access my account but the email address is not mine so when I am sent a link I can’t access it.

Thanks to Elmer2 for PMing with me! We were able to confirm a few account details and update some information on our systems so they could re-register for the My VM account. You can access My VM here 👉 virg.in/myVM
