I'm trying to add another broadband media account I have just purchased.  I have 2 broadband accounts under the same name. How do I do this please? Thanks.

You will need to use a different email address.

Thank you so much for your first post to our community forums, it's great to have you on the team! 

 

I'm so sorry for any confusion but per @newappollo's advice you will need to use a separate email to your already standing My Virgin Media account to register this new account. 

 

This is because only one account can be linked to an email address at a time.
