I've been trying to register for My Virgin Media, having just become a new customer
I have tried everything and essentially get stumped with a verification email that I never received, and it's nearly impossible to speak to someone to sort this out. I try to log in it says my email hasn’t been verified. I have, on multiple days pressed the button for another verification email to be sent, but I've not had any emails through.
Please help, as this is getting beyond frustrating.
