I have been with Virginmedia since the start (Blueyonder), and the service now is the worst it has ever been, with special regard to Email. At one time , it was easy to add /delete change password, but now - especially since the link up with O2- The only option you have with Email is DELETE, you cannot recover forgotten passwords or create a new address- Just DELETE. If you want help from the telephone service (talk to a person) DO NOT accept a text to your mobile phone, and after a short while you get to talk to a person but they cannot fix any email problems.
