I've just purchased the essential broadband tariff via the live chat and was given my account number and area number and have downloaded the my virgin media app and have tried to create an account but have not received the verification email, I have checked my spam and inbox a number of times in the last hour but yet still nothing.
Can someone help as I'm at a loss. Thanks

Have your services been installed yet and activated? You won't be able to set up a My Virgin Media account until that happens.

Thanks for your post and welcome to the forums. It's great having you on board with us in the Community.
I'm sorry to hear you're having an issue with receiving the verification email to complete the set up of your My VM.
Whilst you should be able to register for My VM before the services are installed, if they are not active yet, we will need to wait until then before we can escalate this.
Please let us know once the services are up and running, we'll resend the verification email and if they doesn't work then, we can escalate things.
