I'm trying to get full access to my virgin media profile by entering my account number and surname but after ticking captcha to validate I'm not a bot i keep on getting the following message Please provide re-CAPTCHA to validate that you are not a bot.

I've tried difference browsers and tried clearing cookies and catch data but it make no difference.

Please can someone help

Welcome to the community and thanks for taking the time to post your issue on the forums.
I'm really sorry to hear of the issues that you're having at the moment trying to access your account. 

Have you already registered your account or are you trying to do that right now?

If not, have you ever been able to access your account? Have you got access to another device that you can try this on?

i have already registered my account but am now trying to get full access to my virgin media profile.

i have tried to do this on 2 other computers and 3 different web browsers and i am still getting please provide reCaptcha to validate you are not a bot.
