I’m sorry to hear of the issues that you’re having with your billing at the moment. I have looked into this and cannot see that you have any overdue payments on your account.
Please could you clear your browsers cache and check again to see if the message is still there.
Just to confirm that you have no outstanding amounts owed on your account.

Could you expand on this please? Are you getting drop outs on multiple devices?
Does this happen with hard wired connections also or just WiFi please?
