App wont allow me to use any password configuration tried for an hour no success

The app requires the same email / password as are used for the Virgin Media online account.

Sorry to hear of the issues when trying to log into the application.

Has the response from @Client62 offered you any assistance?

If you have already attempted to enter these details, can you please confirm if you're able to log into the account via a web browser?

@David_Bn  I read this initial post rather differently from the track that Client62 went down.

I read it to be the regularly reported issue of all attempts to set a password in order to create a My VM account being rejected.
