I have not been able to access my account. I am a new customer and every password is choose is not available. Can this be looked into so I cam set up an account.

In regards to this issue, have your services been installed at the property? If you haven't been installed yet, your My Virgin Media will not allow you to register right away. You would need to wait 24-72 hours before attempting to register.
Can you please confirm whether you've had an account with us in the past?

My services have been Installed since November. Would like it to be resolved so I can have an online account for the services

Can you send me a private message too, it seems crazy that you have to have set the service up before being able to set up an account. Plus, to track an order you need to have an account up, which apparently can't be set up until the order is installed... going round in circles.
