Are you getting any error messages when trying to register?
Have you previously registered your account through our website?
I'm having the same problem.
When I attempt to login to the App on my phone or tablet, it does not recognise my email address and/or password.
The details I am entering are correct, as I am currently signed in to MYVM, without issue.

Have you tried using the forgotten password link to see if that will work?
I sont want to sound obtuse, but sis you read the post. The password and username details I am entering are correct. They have been verified on my PC, 2 laptops and two iPads.
Your App appears to be the issue and teading some. Of the reviews I can see I'm not alone.

Yes, I have tried several devices.
Can you please confirm if you mean the My Virgin Media account app or the connect app so we can help further? 🙂
