I am trying to reset my password using the link provided by Virgin but no matter what combination I put in it is saying invalid! This has been happening for days and I'm really frustrated. I need someone to help me fix it and be able to get into my account today.
There appears to be a bug in the system where it says that the new password is invalid when it has actually been accepted. Try ignoring the warning and sign in with the new password to check if it has registered.
