Password problem when registering

I cannot register on virgin media because of password error. It says that it cannot be used.

Please advise ASAP as I don’t have access to my bills and the overall account management!

Have you tried.

Between 8-10 characters
Start with a letter
Contain at least one number
No special characters#
Let me know how you get on and if you're still unable to register. Can you also advise what the error code/messages you are getting?

Of course I did! Your system has an issue. There are multiple people complaining.
