Paid overdue bill

Third attempt to contact and still unresolved.

The App is showing an overdue bill for 30th May which was quickly paid on the 31st May. 

It seems that if you pay as soon as you receive the bill,  the app does not acknowledge the payment. But otherwise you are penalised £7.50 for an overdue bill (without any reminders or notifications to avoid the penalty)

Can this overdue notice be removed from the app? Will virgin keep chasing for this bill because your system has not updated?

Will this ever get sorted??
