Outside Box

Hi,

My virgin Media Outside box is broken. It was brittle and cracked, now half of it has fallen off leaving exposed wires.  How do I go about getting it replaced, I just want to avoid any water ingress issues later?

Engineer turned up yesterday and fitted a new outside box. All sorted, thanks so much for your help.
