I've had Virgin Media for a while now and I keep getting the same error message when logging into My Virgin Media profile: "Oops, looks like something's gone wrong on our side"
I've tried a new browser, I've tried incognito mode, I've tried clearing my cache and my cookies, and I've tried several devices, but it's all the same.
I would like to turn off the parental controls on my internet.
It's getting frustrating now, since I've been unable to log into this account at all since signing up for Virgin Media.
