Hi,

I've had Virgin Media for a while now and I keep getting the same error message when logging into My Virgin Media profile: "Oops, looks like something's gone wrong on our side"

I've tried a new browser, I've tried incognito mode, I've tried clearing my cache and my cookies, and I've tried several devices, but it's all the same.

I would like to turn off the parental controls on my internet. 

It's getting frustrating now, since I've been unable to log into this account at all since signing up for Virgin Media.

I am very sorry to hear you are having issues when accessing your My Virgin Media account, we would be happy to help. 

I see you have ran through a few things to try and get this resolved so thank you for letting us know. Can you please download the My Virgin Media app and attempt to login from there?

Please let us know if you are not able to do so and we can assist further.

Downloading the app was the first thing I did. I get the same error message.
