Online account

Since I moved home and switched my virgin account to a new address I’ve never been able to get on to my online account. I have tried countless times to set a new one up and once I’ve put the details in and it says it’s on the last steps a message comes up saying that there’s been a problem and the app doesn’t work either

You need to get back in touch with the Moving Home team so they can fix that - you should need be able to use your existing details when you move home.

I’m leaving them.... Ive had nothing but trouble, wrong information and lies since I joined up.

Also when I called and was advised to use the txt message service it took 5 days before I got i response and they still didn’t help
