so I cancelled back in may but have moved house in August so have got virgin back again.
When ever I try and access my new account to take off the childblock and all that sort of stuff. It says my account is closed etc
There is no option for me to create or add the new account number, says email already in use. But then I can't add it to account or change anything.
I'm just stuck looking at the old contract.
I'm getting fed up, I want to access my new account/set one up with the new details. Please help

Hey Kirsty5, thank you for reaching out and a warm welcome to the community I am sorry to hear about this.
When you move house you would need to set a new account up, if you wanted to use the same email we would need to raise an IT ticket for you however if you wanted to use a different email you can set this right away.
