Old account can’t see new

Hi,

I have recently moved and my account details have changed and I can’t see my new address details is there a Way of changing it .

Sorry to hear you've had some trouble with your online account showing a previous service. It can take up to 90 days for the previous account to be unassociated with your My Virgin Media, but we can speed this along.
