Not received verification email & account not activated

Hi I recently made a contract of broadband only with VM. The kit arrived safely and wifi is connected successfully. However, my account is not activated either on app or web, as I never received verification message, although I tried to resend it multiple times. I checked my spam box, but found nothing. Can you help me with this? Thank you.
