Hi I always go on the app and "make a payment" to pay my bill it says I owe money but when I go to make a payment it's says I don't and won't let me make a payment. Please help I need a virgin technician to check over the virgin mobile app payments system. Thank you very much for your time and help. Rachy x

It's absolutely nothing to worry about - you're doing nothing wrong and there isn't anything wrong. Until the next bill is generated it wouldn't go away - I know it looks like it's outstanding, but it will not be. This is the reason why you wouldn't be able to make a payment. I can only assure you that if you've already made your payment for this months bill or for the bill it is stating - nothing would be owed.
